Chase Rodriguez brings high-quality specialty coffee and tea beverages to MIA Market with Sabal Coffee. Chase has honed his craft at some of Miami's favorite coffee destinations, including Vice City Bean and Brothers & Brawlers. To provide a platform for an exploration of the complexities and nuances of the humble bean and leaf, Sabal has partnered with a local roaster to offer specialty coffees from Brazil, Guatemala and Ethiopia, as well as teas from Miami-based tea importer JoJo Tea. The menu includes espresso-based beverages, ready-brew, cold-brew, and single-origin pour-overs, and the hand-selected tea lineup features both hot and iced teas.
