He has 15 years of experience in restaurants across Europe and Asia, including Michelin-starred restaurants in Milan and Cagliari and luxury hotels on the Costa Smeralda coast.
Chef Senis draws inspiration from the connection between natural ingredients from fertile lands and fresh flavors of the ocean. His concept Sardomare Pasta Bar, created along with his wife Dr. Yazmine Marimon, involves recreating traditional recipes and techniques with a modern approach. Sardomare was born out of the Relational Kitchen Project, which aims to bring people together, encourage them to live in the present moment, and find joy through cooking and eating.
