Sushi Yasu Tanaka draws inspiration from Chef Yasu’s passion for sharing the culture and warm hospitality of his home country, Japan. Committed to providing a unique and personal experience for each guest, Chef Yasu uses two types of sushi rice - one made with Akazu and another with Yonezu - made fresh every two hours to ensure the best experience possible.
