◉TripAdvisor“fish quality and shari are phenomenal. I had the Omakase and four pairs of ootoro, while my daughter enjoyed the salmon special. P.S.: The wasabi tasted authentic.”

GGoogle“Best. Omakase. Ever. Not just in Miami! Experienced chefs, excellent quality, great value. I must say the portion is on the smaller side but that means you can try even more pieces! This is the only place I'd eat in the design district!”

★Yelp“Their Guacamole is life changing. I've never liked avocados but after trying their delicious guacamole I now have an obsession. And to think that was just an appetizer. The tacos are to die for and the ceviche have officially left me speechless. Great atmosphere too !”

★Yelp“I came from San Diego and was looking for a good hummus place. I was very impressed with the great service and with the amazing food! I ordered the hummus with shawarma and it came in a beautiful impressive display tray! I highly recommend it and definitely be back to eat there!”

★Yelp“Love this beautiful food hall. This ceviche place is pretty good. I ordered a classic ceviche, which I'm very happy about. The fish is very fresh and the taste is citrusy and light. The chips & salsa is just fine, maybe because I come from San Diego, so probably I have a high standard for that.”

★Yelp“Best sushi in Miami. Better than all of the places that were recently Michelin starred, and would have probably gotten one of their own if they were not located in a food court. But that's better for us, since you can walk in here literally anytime you want and get the best omakase around for an extremely fair price.”

★Yelp“Been coming here at least once a month for 2 years now. Best sushi in Miami in my opinion… the fish literally MELTS in your mouth, the ingredients taste fresh, and the price point is great. I always get the omakase or the tuna special. Every single person I have brought to show has never been disappointed. We are all obsessed 🤩”

GGoogle“I came here with my fiancé (a self-proclaimed undercover sushi critic). He said this is the best nigiri in the state of Florida, arguably in the entire country, possibly even North America. The quality of fish and rice (a critical yet under appreciated part of nigiri) was superb. If giving six stars was possible, Sushi Yasu Tanaka would deserve it.”

★Yelp“This is my favorite go to sushi in Miami. If you're looking for the freshest quality seafood - yasu Tanaka is the place you have to go. I recommend doing the $71 omakase special. You get an appetizer, 10 piece nigiri spread and a hand roll. I sometimes like to add on an uni nigiri or swap out the hand roll for a dessert that is freshly made by the chefs wife.”

★Yelp“Came here to meet a friend who recommended Jaffa for both the yummy food and outdoor dining. You go inside a foodhall to place the order and pickup the food but there are tables outside to sit. Between us we got sabich, falafel pita, deconstructed falafel and deconstructed sabich. We also ordered limonana and Israeli sodas. Our group is primarily vegetarian/vegan and we liked our options.”

★Yelp“Today my friend and i got to try this hidden gem located in the Mia Market and it was a 10/10. We were pleasantly greeted by Giovanni at the counter. He provided exceptional service and was very kind and patient with us as it was our first time here. He recommended us to go a la carte. Every single piece was high quality and extremely delicious i kept coming back for more! Giovanni was super attentive to us and made our experience here outstanding. I highly highly recommend!”

★Yelp“Guys, I recommend this place 100%! If you're into non-dairy and really tasty food, this is the place to be! The ambiance of this place is really chill vibes. The people that served me were super friendly & accommodating. I ordered my food & was checked on every 20 min. I definitely feel like I need to come back to try that roasted cauliflower with turmeric and one of their sandwiches ! Oh my gosh, the hummus and the tahini sauce is to die for ! So tasty! Recommend this place 100%! Will be back for more”

★Yelp“A MUST for sushi (good sushi). This is a gem within the design district. Second floor within an eatery. The sushi chef is from sushi azabu (NYC). Enough said (a Michelin star rated sushi favorite) This cannot last long the price point is a steal. Venue (3/5) inside of MIA market. A bit confusing to find but perfect place to grab a bunch of bites from different places. Back to the sushi... this place is casual and all about the food. Go here for the sushi (it can't last at this price point). Not fancy at all and the crowd is of all sorts. If you like quiet and fancy.... Not here. Food (5/5) fresh, fantastic, GO! Omakase was amazing! Service (5/5) knowledgeable and kind service.”

★Yelp“Hands down the best quality sushi my boyfriend and I have had in Miami.... and maybe anywhere (we travel a lot) and we love trying all the best sushi spots! You can absolutely taste the difference. Try any of the so called "best" sushi places in Miami and then come here and you will immediately notice how the fish here just melts in your mouth. There is an obvious care put into sourcing this fish - it tastes so incredibly fresh. Just a heads up on the location: We were racing to get there before they closed and the security guards of the shopping center tried to tell us it was two streets the opposite way in a standalone building. Glad we didn't listen to them. This is inside a food hall on the second floor of the outdoor shopping mall. Come here and have the best sushi you will have in the U.S. without being overcharged all these silly prices the other sushi spots charge. Honestly, I know I shouldn't speak badly about the other sushi spots... but we spent an embarrassing amount of money on sushi the week BEFORE coming here for the first time. Never again. I could eat this sushi every day for the rest of my life - its that good. So incredibly fresh. If you've come this far: I also took my very talented chef friend (who has cooked for many celebrities) here.... he was VERY impressed and he doesn't impress easily when it comes to food. :) Can't say enough great things about the quality of fish here!”

GGoogle“I happened to be in MIA market checking out the dining options and came across Sushi Yasu Tanaka. What really drew my attention to this spot was the omakase menu: for the price of $60 you receive 10 nigiri pieces and a handroll. Honestly you can't get any more bang for your buck than this! I was so blown away by the nigiri pieces, every bite was so flavorful and FRESH! The tuna pieces especially were so fatty, they just melt in your mouth. The rice is has light touches of vinegar and it's not overpowering. What was also notable to me was the scallop nigiri - while I'm not the biggest scallop fan, the scallop was so fatty and a burst of spice came forth with the first bite. The piece was so unique I had to include it in my review. The service was quick and they serve you the handroll after you've finished with the nigiri. Honestly you are paying for the quality of food without having to pay for the expense of sitting inside a fancy restaurant - which I don't mind one bit. I sat down inside MIA market with my friend and had a wonderful time working through our meal. MIA market is kept very clean and has lots of windows for plenty of natural sunlight. I definitely want to visit again and can say with confidence this is a true gem in disguise.”

★Yelp“Have you been to Jaffa? Located in the St. Roch market in the design district on the second floor upstairs. Parking is very easy in this area. If you find a garage it's approximately $3.00 for 4 hours! For Miami that is a steal! Jaffa is inside a food hall, it's very cozy and comfy with lots of other restaurants to choose from. I ordered the shakshuka and it was personally made by Salar which was absolutely delicious! Averagely priced, around $13-15 dollars. So delicious. It hit the spot! No one makes shakshuka like Jaffa or Salar!”

★Yelp“Amazing experience here. My wife and i got 2 omakase menus. They were 10 pieces of nigiri and finished with a hand roll. Each piece was perfectly tempered, rice was just warm enough. Flavors were so delicate and did not over power the fish/seafood at all. Our favorite pieces were the sweet shrimp, ikura, otoro, and the smoked salmon. We ordered 2 uni and ikura hand roll as well and it was absolutely delicious. So good. Will definitely come back. Big compliments to the chefs.”

GGoogle“Do yourself a favor, skip Sofia and try Sardomare in the food court for the best Italian food. This Sardinian restaurant offers amazing Authentic Italian cuisine . My most favorite plate is Spaghetti alla Vongole (clams) and Gnocchetti Campidanese… It tastes better than in Italy (I am half Italian! ) such a gem and super happy to find the taste of home here in Miami! Grazie Chef Daniele, sei il miglior Chef Italiano!!!”
Sardomare Pasta Bar
GGoogle“The best sushi that exists in South Florida. But take note, once you eat this no other sushi in all of Miami will ever taste as good. I almost always get the salmon 5 piece, ototo charcoal and two wagyu miso hand rolls. But as you can imagine, everything is going to be amazing. Also, it's located inside of the food hall in palm court. Very easily accessible.”

★Yelp“HotLime is by FAR the best spot to eat at in St. Roch. From the service to the food, everything is on point! The tacos are to die for and are made to perfection every time!! I'm NEVER disappointed! I'd highly recommend the chicken and short rib tacos. There's also a server/cook by the name of Gabriela, she was super patient and gave the best recommendations!!”

★Yelp“Authentic Israeli food owned by an Israeli. My husband is from Israel and he was impressed to find such authentic Israeli food in Miami! We had the cauliflower and eggplant as well as mezze platter. We felt we’re back on the street of Tel Aviv! All the food was flavored with middle eastern style spices. Hummus and tahini were fresh and tasty!”
Jaffa
◉TripAdvisor“This has to be one of the best middle eastern spots I've tried in Miami. The hummus was out of this world. The baba ganouj was a burst of flavour. The platter was the perfect amount of food very filling and just amazing presentation. I went with the chicken shawarma. Definitely did not disappoint. Highly highly recommmend.”
