“Do yourself a favor, skip Sofia and try Sardomare in the food court for the best Italian food. This Sardinian restaurant offers amazing Authentic Italian cuisine . My most favorite plate is Spaghetti alla Vongole (clams) and Gnocchetti Campidanese… It tastes better than in Italy (I am half Italian! ) such a gem and super happy to find the taste of home here in Miami! “Guys, I recommend this place 100%! If you're into non-dairy and really tasty food, this is the place to be! The ambiance of this place is really chill vibes. The people that served me were super friendly & accommodating. I ordered my food & was checked on every 20 min. I definitely feel like I need to come back to try that roasted cauliflower with turmeric and one of their sandwiches ! Oh my gosh, the hummus and the tahini sauce is to die for ! So tasty! Recommend this place 100%! Will be back for more”

“Sushi Yasu Tanaka is the place to go to when you are visiting MDD in Miami and want to try something authentic and fresh. I had friends visiting from Europe and it was an absolute hit for them and for me. We went for lunch and the staff was very welcoming and helpful with our orders. I had the bowl with half & half rice/salad, tuna, salmon … so delicious. For appetizer we had, sashimi and ceviche, if we could lick the plate we would 🤤 unfortunately, I didn’t take a picture of that. Definitely recommend this place, specially in the summer refreshing and light.”

“I stumbled upon MIA market trying to find a drink with bae. I noticed the restaurants in the market, I began looking them up just to check out reviews and to see if they were any good. I looked up Yasu Tanaka and was floored by the amount of 5 star reviews. I told bae, "we have to go there to try at least one thing," earlier we came from Tap 42. :/ ehhh...don't recommend. But we were full. Anyway, I talked to the guy at the front and told him congrats on the amazing reviews and how good the food must be. He thanked us, and persuaded us to at least try a hand roll. We did!! We waited. And they ended up bringing us an extra one! How nice! The Hamachi Hand rolls were amazing!! Super fresh, simple, and perfect. Fresh ginger and a perfect finish to our day! Thank you Yasu! I can't wait to come back to try the Omakase. Another 5 star review for your thoughtfulness and quality food!”

“I've frequented Jaffa several times at the St. Roch Market. In my numerous visits, I've never been disappointed. The hummus is fantastic. Thick but creamy texture, dusted with spices and when paired with their crisp cumin-seasoned Falafel, Israeli salad and tahini, a perfect lunch or dinner. Roast cauliflower is beautifully plated and quite exceptionally tasty, slathered with yogurt. Deconstructed babaganoush with roast chickpeas is both a delicious and healthy snack. Service is fast and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Portions are quite large - bring a dining companion!”

“Food here was excellent. I got the omakase, salmon sushi, and ube soybean ice cream. The hand roll and omakase selection were fresh and fantastic with each fish having its unique texture and flavor highlighted. The salmon was excellent. Nice fatty and smooth cuts of salmon with a couple being charred to add some more layers of flavor. Ice cream was amazing. The complimentary flavors of ube and soybean was a great mix of umami, salty, and sweet. Atmosphere is an inconspicuous food hall which the main staff for this restaurant being the sushi chefs.”

“very very impressed- i've had omakase before, and this by far was the one to exceed my expectations despite the more humble looking setting and more affordable omakase. every piece of fish was incredibly fresh and fragrant - and guess what, was fairly affordable. if you are looking to eat a great tasting omakase for not too much and without the showmanship that typically is associated w/omakase, then this is certainly the place to go to.”
