★Yelp“Fire. Omakase and service was great. Would go again. Nice little hidden spot in the back left hand corner of the food hall. Had a casual group of 8 people and everyone loved it.”
Sushi Yasu Tanaka
GGoogle“The photos from other people made this place look like a real restaurant. Not a big deal at all, but just wanted to mention this place is inside of a food court market. Food was good. Staff was very nice.”

GGoogle“I've eaten in the best home kitchens in Beirut as well as Dubai and this is hands down the best Arabic food in Miami. Amazing flavors. Huge portions. Great service. Great Prices Very friendly staff. This place is a must!!! The Best!!”

★Yelp“We put together a great meal at St Roch Market with a little bit from multiple restaurants. At Jaffa, we had whole roasted turmeric cauliflower. This was one of the most delicious and creative presentations that I have encountered in the current cauliflower craze.”
Jaffa
★Yelp“Love this beautiful food hall. This ceviche place is pretty good. I ordered a classic ceviche, which I'm very happy about. The fish is very fresh and the taste is citrusy and light. The chips & salsa is just fine, maybe because I come from San Diego, so probably I have a high standard for that.”

★Yelp“Omg, the way this sushi place is priced makes me feel like there a glitch in the matrix.. probably some of the best sushi I've had (and I eat it a lot) got the 10 pc omakase for $59 tbh if it was double that this would still be a five star review. Every piece was perfectly seasoned and ratioed and just heaven”

◉TripAdvisor“We went to Mia Market in the design district of Miami. At first glance we almost didn’t stay. Then Bennett he bartender told us how fantastic the food was here. We met Chef Senis at Sardomare who made authentic Italian pasta and the food was fantastic. It was Five Star 🌟 n every level. We were treated like queens from the food to the service. We will tell our friends and be back!! Thank you! Mikki”
Sardomare Pasta Bar
GGoogle“This Kosher restaurant located at the MIA Market Food Hall in the Miami Design District offers many healthy options. The modern Israeli cuisine features a diverse lineup of chef driven concepts. We had the Sabich Plate $27 on a three tiered server, the Tumeric Cauliflower $17, and the Moroccan Mint Teapot with two Baklavas $12. Everything was delicious. We ordered at the counter then they brought the food to our table. Service was great.”

★Yelp“If you find yourself at Sushi Yasu Tanaka inside Mia Market, do yourself a favor and try the ube dessert. It might be my new favorite. Layers of sweet purple yam (ube) sit over a scoop of vanilla ice cream, finished with a touch of edible gold leaf--simple but unforgettable. Altogether with tax, it came to just under $13, which felt worth every penny. I can't speak to the rest of the menu, but the service was quick and friendly. The seating area is clean and spay.”

★Yelp“Highly recommend Jaffa Restaurant!! We visited the Atlantic Village in Hallandale within 2-weeks of opening this new location. Five+ stars for cleanliness, ambiance, décor and service!! They also have the ideal menu; offering both unique/fusion dishes and authentic Middle Eastern favorites. Due to the size of our party, we decided to go mezze/tapas/family-style and ordered lots of different menu items. I can honestly say that everyone was impressed at how authentic and delicious everything was. Being that my hubby is Middle Eastern, I can vouch for it's authenticity. As for me, I will be returning very soon and ordering the Turmeric Cauliflower with Zaatar Tahini all to myself!”
Jaffa
★Yelp“This Israeli restaurant is located inside the Mia Food Hall at the Design district. I recommend that you park inside one of the garages for better rates than street parking (which is becoming quite difficult to find) I loved what I ordered here which was the Sabich platter. The eggplant was incredible and everything was so full of flavour, from the spicy sauces to the hummus. One complaint that I had was the pricing, it feels elevated. Great pita bread here. Please keep in mind that this is a stand, so you will be going up to the counter to pick it up, yes there are tables to sit at, but not dedicated just to that restaurant. I made a trip from Doral and wasn't disappointed and you shouldn't be either.”
Jaffa
★Yelp“Ever since visiting Israel a few years ago and falling in love with the greatest food in the world, I've been on the hunt for Israeli or even southern Mediterranean food here in the US to at least get close to the freshness and taste of being there. Until today, I've been coming up short. Then I saw Jaffa Israeli Kitchen opened in Hallandale and told my wife this was all I wanted to do on my birthday. We jumped on one of their two mezze starters, got their beef kofta, and dairy free pistachio ice cream. ALL OF IT WAS INCREDIBLE! With their doors open to enbrace today's incredible weather, it was almost like being on the harbor eating in Jaffa. We met the owner/chef Yaniv Cohen, who was wonderful to speak to and hear how he prepared some of the dishes. Make reservations and go. You will NOT be disappointed. Hell, tell me when you're going, Ill go with you. It's definitely in rotation now.”
Jaffa
★Yelp“This was inside a food court in a shopping center, the restaurant is in the back left side of the food court. We tried the omakase and it was definitely an experience lol. You go to the counter and then place your order and take a seat anywhere in the food court. They end up finding you with the number system. The sushi was pretty good for the price! It definitely was not filling lol, even after the hand roll and extra pieces. I'd recommend eating something else or maybe doubling up (if you are looking to spend$) The guys were very nice and explained each and every piece but you can see that they are afraid that we forgot what each piece was... which we did. But I still appreciate them coming around and to explain it!”
Sushi Yasu Tanaka
★Yelp“A MUST for sushi (good sushi). This is a gem within the design district. Second floor within an eatery. The sushi chef is from sushi azabu (NYC). Enough said (a Michelin star rated sushi favorite) This cannot last long the price point is a steal. Venue (3/5) inside of MIA market. A bit confusing to find but perfect place to grab a bunch of bites from different places. Back to the sushi... this place is casual and all about the food. Go here for the sushi (it can't last at this price point). Not fancy at all and the crowd is of all sorts. If you like quiet and fancy.... Not here. Food (5/5) fresh, fantastic, GO! Omakase was amazing! Service (5/5) knowledgeable and kind service.”
Sushi Yasu Tanaka
★Yelp“Holy cow THE FISH WAS AMAZING - we had to order another plate of nigiri! Most memorable nigiri were the scallop and fatty tuna for me. Despite its simplicity, quality is just out of this world Place was a little hard to find at first, we didn't realize it was inside the food court (out of towners here). But loved that the set up was food court style, this made it easy for us to find seats (which are really cute btw!) and also try other things like coffee after! I enjoyed this place more than most places in NYC honestly, will recommend to anyone visiting!”
Sushi Yasu Tanaka
★Yelp“very very impressed- i've had omakase before, and this by far was the one to exceed my expectations despite the more humble looking setting and more affordable omakase. every piece of fish was incredibly fresh and fragrant - and guess what, was fairly affordable. if you are looking to eat a great tasting omakase for not too much and without the showmanship that typically is associated w/omakase, then this is certainly the place to go to.”
Sushi Yasu Tanaka
★Yelp“A DELICIOUS and affordable omakase at $59. Randomly in a food court, but who cares when that grilled otoro could bring me to tears? Plus the servers were so friendly and attentive that you couldn't get better service in a five-star restaurant. Everything was tasty, but favorites were the fatty tuna, the scallop, the truffle yellowtail, and the smoky salmon. Go here yesterday and send me some in the mail.”
Sushi Yasu Tanaka
★Yelp“Wow, we went for the Israeli Salad and Chicken Shawarma. This is a healthy food choice place. They also welcome Vegans too. The Chicken Shawarma and Israeli Salad is FIRE. I love the taste, but me and my girl eat this salad all the time. Her mom makes good Israeli Salad to since this is here heritage cooking. Anyhow, nice owners and employees. We really felt welcomed here. I will be back again.”
Jaffa
★Yelp“Absolutely delicious Italian spot in the heart of the Miami Design District. The food was outstanding and the service was truly exceptional—friendly, attentive, and super professional. We ordered the Fusilli alla Norma and the Cacio e Pepe, and both were a solid 10/10. Amazing quality, beautiful presentation, and flavors that hit just right. Can’t wait to come back!”
Sardomare Pasta Bar
GGoogle“Beautiful fresh fish served quickly and simply. The chef and owner should take pride in his approach and creations. We love the omakase and the hand rolls. Our family makes it a point to visit nearly every time we come down to the Design District. Fresh, fun and fast. A gem. Highly recommend it.”
Sushi Yasu Tanaka
GGoogle“I love this place! He apparently came from a 5 star restaurant in NYC. This was absolutely the best sushi I have ever tasted. Honestly didn't know sushi could taste warm, buttery, sweet, and oh so slightly salty at the same time. The wasabi was real too. It's from the actual wasabi plant!”
Sushi Yasu Tanaka
★Yelp“Nice bustling atmosphere in the heart of Miami’s design district. While the sushi bar doesn’t have the aesthetic of an upscale sushi joint, the sushi itself is exceptionally good. A nice, relaxed, vibe, with no pretentiousness. Just quality sushi.”
Sushi Yasu Tanaka
GGoogle“Yasu Tanaka is my favorite sushi. The quality is out of this world. I love coming here for lunch so much and it’s always so fresh. The fish literally melts in your mouth. I wish I could give them 10 stars!”

GGoogle“Easily the best sushi in Miami/some of the best ever for the price. Highest grade/best prepared for the best price. Obsessed with the place and take everyone here when they visit.”

GGoogle“I passed through this food market and noted the unique very limited menu and the legit chef. I ordered the Tuna Special. OMG, sushi was Michelin-level amazing.”

★Yelp“Didn't expect the quality of the sushi AT ALL. It was also SO CHEAP for the quality. If you are shopping at the design destrict, please have a meal here.”
